I have 19 inch monitor.what type of video/graphics card should i buy?

I can't afford much expensive graphics cards.mu monitor is wide screen.tell some specifications of the graphics card like how much graphics memory it should have.another question does graphics memory really matters in the performance or is it the other features?|||The moniter has nothing to do with it, your motherboard is the important thing here.|||What are your system specs?... there are an abundance of 1 gb graphics cards out there for budget prices... Graphics card and the memory associated with them prevents your RAM from getting tied up with graphics memory and takes a burden of the CPU... It really depends on what you want to use it for and what your system can handle/ benefit from.... don't waste money on a card that your pc wont even be able to fully use...|||Forget your monitor, what does your motherboard support?
