I just got a new samsung n130 netbook , and i wanted to play the sims 3 on it. The graphics card isnt good enough to play the game so i was wondering what kind do i need to buy and what is it going to cost me.|||I doubt that you'd be able to install a new graphics card onto a netbook, it'd be a pain even if you could. But if it just so happens that you can... I'd go for an nVidia card with at least 256MB of texture memory.
If you haven't bought the Sims 3 yet, or maybe even if you have, just try a less graphics-intensive game that is similar to it. The Sims 2 will run pretty well on a slow PC and is a great game (I have it ;). Or if Sims 2 doesn't work try the original game.
And another thing is it might not just be the graphics card, but your system's amount of Random Access Memory (RAM). I believe the n130 has 1GB? You'll need at least double that for TS3 :(|||Hi there;
Your netbook is not upgradeale, you can;t get a video card for it.
