Which video card should I get for BF3/MW3 for less than $400?

Which video card should I get for BF3/MW3 for less than $400?

I am comparing all the specs and such, and I am just pretty clueless about it. If anyone is "up" on this kind of stuff, and would recommend a specific card, I would love to know?|||HD 6970, or GTX 570. Both are on par with each other in games. Should be on at least a quality 650w power supply.
