Or maybe your Video card isn't compatible with your Mobo.|||First, uninstall the drivers from the old video card, and install the drivers for the new video card. If necessary, disable the first video card in Device Manager or BIOS (this is really only if it was an onboard graphics card). If all else fails, you might have a bad card and should then RMA it back to newegg.|||is the card compatible? and is the monitor compatible? and did you use the right driver for your OS?|||You should get a new Driver for the Card before installing the card and have it on the desktop. Also I would go to your Control Panel then Appearance and Themes, then Change Your Screen Resolution then Advance, then Adapter Tab(this is where your video card is) then click on Properties for old card, then Driver tab and then hit RollBack Driver(this clears the driver from the card you have in now.) So just install the new card and driver.|||If you get no vid at all, even at initial boot up then a driver is not the issue.
Also did you ground yourself before touching the card to avoid static discharge?
I looked up the specs on that card and if I got it right it is a AGP with DVI-I output. Should be compatible with PC and monitor.
If your old card was using the same slot then you have a bad vid card.
They should replace it.
