How do i install a video card?

i got a video card for my computer and idk how to instal it i have a windows vista thats a dell and i i dnt kno wat to do plz help|||below there is given a website address where u can have detailed steps on installing your video card.|||Return the video card.|||install the video card on the computer you will get new hardware found baloon and then after installing it will ask for the drivers then put the cd in the cd drive and do the installation from there follow the steps it says on the screen.|||Before you try to install the card, are you absolutely sure that your power supply meets or exceeds the graphics cards power requirements? Your power supply must have enough current (amps) on the +12 volt rail to support the card and your system. Some graphics cards also require an additional 6 pin pci-e power connector from the power supply that plugs into the card. Read the power requirements for the card, then check your power supply, to determine whether or not a power supply upgrade is needed in order to use the card. Using a graphics card with a power supply that doesn't provide enough power will cause your system to crash.

If everything is ok there, here are videos that show how to install a graphics (video) card, ignore the ones for laptops.
