Will a video card nvidia8800 512mb work on a pentium4 3GHz?

will a video card nvidia8800 512mb work on a pentium4 single core 3GHz with 1,5gb ram? cuz i want to change my video card (currently ati radeon 256)|||Its should as long as you have a PCI-Ex card slot and you power supply is adequate. Most 8800 series require a 400-500 watt power supply don't run it with lower. Also this card is going to be the fastest part on your system. Its not going to increase you cpu or ram speed. You most likely wont see its full potential due to bottlenecks on other components.
