Can I install a video card into a laptop?

I have a Toshiba laptop, model M115-S3094. It has a video card built in to the processor, but I'd like to install a stand-alone video card for better video quality. Is that possible? How difficult is it?|||It is a complicated process.

You need to buy a card for that model and then open up the laptop from below. dont try if you havent done it before because experts also sometimes make mistakes in it. Attach it from the buyer so that there is no hassle.|||I don't think you can but I'm not 100% certain.|||No, you can not install a video card in your laptop like you would with a desktop computer.

However, I did find this: http://www.provantage.com/doublesight-vt…

It's not great (and will not help you if you want to upgrade to Windows Vista) but it will give you an extra monitor output.|||no you can't do it, theres no room or expansion slots to install a video card. the only thing you could do is replace the motherboard which has the graphics intigraded but that isn't a good idea. one option to improve the graphics capability and general performance of your laptop is to install more ram.|||its not possible.|||I have an intergrated graphic thing and was looking for a bit more power.

i found this check it out.

if you REALLY want some power you can buy an external graphics unit.

it does cost £10k though, BUT the power is to die for
