Can Guitar Hero 3 for PC be played on a ATI Mobility Radeon 9000 IGP video card?

can it? i have a toshiba p35 satellite series laptop with the video card and while my pc can ply it, can the laptops video card play it?|||That is an extremely old graphics card, I dont know if it could even handle that. Im going to go with not.
