Furthermore, you haven't told us your budget, so it's kind of hard to say. The CPU doesn't need to be upgraded nearly as much as the video card, so if it comes down to one or the other, get a good video card and power supply to go with it.
For $300, I'd say grab a 550w Antec or Corsair power supply and the best video card you can get, probably an Nvidia 560 Ti or a Radeon 6870/6950.|||LOW SYSTEM AT A HIGH PRICE.
Better to look at the barebone system instead from site such as newegg or tigerdirect.
Better performance and price ratio.
And if you have some computer hardware knowledge it even cheaper to buy it yourself.
