Is this a good video card for full hd playback?

I want to connect it to my plasma and watch blue ray movies, do you think this will do?

Good if you are on a budget and only want to play HD - won't be any use for gaming.|||I have this graphics Card and it works fine for playing videos as well as guild wars and Wow and City of heros/Villians but if you want to do any other gaming then that i would suggest a higher end card|||id suggest the nvidia geforce 450gts or better for this
