I want to get a new video card, how do I know which is a good one?

I have a Dell Insprion 530 (stock) and I play WOW. I want a new video card (I am getting more memory as well) I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction for a video card. I was looking at Newegg.com but I'm so lost. I've got about 100 dollars I can spend. Thanks so much.|||You could try a Geforce 9500GT, they should be about that much, if you want to spend about 50 more after taxes, you could get a Geforce GTS 250.
